Proposed Brand Market Position and Competitors
Part of my recommendations is for Dolce & Gabbana to begin to move away from their heavy use of the Italian heritage, which is now become a major part of their brand, as this may be preventing the brand from reaching the Asian market.
I also included the proposed brand positioning map to show so I could visually see where Dolce & Gabbana could sit amongst the other competitors. The brand could move towards still being heritage oriented as well as being a step towards being more fashion forward.
